Must I make full payment upon ordering?

Payment must be received in full before we will accept and process your order. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order. We will notify acceptance of your order by e-mail, the acceptance of the order on our part is the binding contract created between us.

Are all the products shown in the website in-stock?

If we are unable to supply the products ordered by you, we will inform you of an alternative product or a realistic delivery date. We will endeavor to deliver your goods within 10 Business days from receipt of payment. Delivery will take place at the address supplied to you when your order was placed. Upon delivery you will become the owner and we will not be liable for any loss or subsequent damage.

Other than the prices of the products, are there any additional costs?

All our prices are subjected to Postage and Packing charge which will be confirmed to you as your order is processed. Although we ensure all are prices are correct, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a mistake, rest assured that we will contact you to arrange a refund of the difference in the cost.

What if I'm unsatisfied with my order even though the goods are perfect?

In COMMIES365, not only everything matters, everyone matters too. We aim to satisfy everyone! Our 7 day money back guarantee provides piece of mind when ordering. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please notify us and return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by Recorded delivery within 7 days for a refund of the item or a replacement. If you are returning perfect goods because of a change of heart then you will be responsible for the cost of their return, they must also be in their original condition (i.e. unused and in their original packaging). Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable. The buyer will be liable for the delivery fees while refund or replacement of any items is requested. We guarantee that you will receive your refund within 2 weeks.
VERY IMPORTANT! - Please note, if the item you are returning is scratched, used, damaged in any ways or does not have all of its packaging, manuals and accessories, we will not be able to accept the product and we will return it back to you.

1. Please include all accessories and all packaging, manuals, batteries etc. (missing items will mean that the product is returned to you!)

2. Please package your return well.

3. Please write your address on the back of the package.

4. Please obtain insurance to the retail value of the product you are returning and a Certificate of Posting (as any products returned damaged or are lost may not be covered by this guarantee).

5. Please enclose your invoice with your return (or a hard-copy of your invoice).

6. Please note on the invoice why you are returning the product i.e. faulty or not required, and how you would like us to process your return, i.e. replace or refund.

What if the products I bought are faulty?

We will refund full cost of the product and reimburse any expenses you incur if goods are found faulty. We do check our goods before we dispatch them. We will provide you a return address for you to return the faulty gadget. Please read and comply with the checklist shown below. All faulty items will be examined to establish the cause of the fault. If a gadget is found not faulty or cause not due to any manufacturer defects it will be returned to the customer, the return shipping costs will not be paid and the shipping costs of returning the item to the customer will be charged.

Am I safe with all my personal particulars and details with COMMIES365?

No worries at all. We promise that information submitted by you that is collected through the ordering process or any e-mail enquiries will be used exclusively by our shop for the purposes of our own records and will not be collected or retained by a third party. We retain your name, address, e-mail address and order details. You will have the opportunity to choose to opt into receiving any marketing material from us. We will not send you any marketing material if you ask us not to and we will never pass on your details to any other company.

How can I make a feedback/comment or complaint?

We will acknowledge your complaint immediately and advise how long we anticipate in resolving it. If we deliver any damaged or incorrect products, you should contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the agreed delivery period, you should notify us within 10 days of placing your order.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your order on the earliest day (Tuesdays and Fridays excluding Public Holidays) following payment. On average, you can expect your order to be delivered in as little as 3-4 business days from the time your order is dispatched.

Singpost: 3-4 Business Day
Delivery: Tuesday Expected Arrival: Thursday or Friday
Delivery: Friday Expected Arrival: Monday or Tuesday

Do you ship internationally?

Delivery to other countries is also available at COMMIES365. Buyers must have a valid Paypal account and the registered address of delivery must be identical to that listed in Paypal. Our products are perfect for giving as gifts to friends and family even if they are overseas.

Shipping to Overseas - Delivery Time

It really depends on the country and the address to be shipped to. We will advise you on the expected delivery and arrival time again through email.

For overseas buyers:
Please make sure that when you enter a delivery address in our secure online order form. There will be someone at that address to receive and sign for delivery, enabling us and our delivery service providers to get the item(s) to you. There is the option in the order form to enter an alternative address for delivery (e.g. Place of work, neighbour. Etc.), if you or someone else on your behalf is unavailable to receive the package(s).

What freight and delivery companies do you use?

We have quite a few, but most often Speedpost and DHL.

My order has not arrived within the expected timeframe - What happens now?

Please allow the maximum number of days for delivery, based on the delivery service chosen. After this, if your order hasn't arrived, please contact us through commies365.gmail.com. Please kindly provide us with your particulars and items ordered or simply attached your invoice. Once we learn that an order has not arrived by the due date, we'll endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure the prompt arrival of your products. Do note that we're not liable for any loss of unregistered packages for local mails.
